At Epomaker, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at support@epomaker.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the keyboard, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
